About Karen Swinton

Karen Swinton is a Registered Psychologist with over 30 years of expertise in assessing and treating adults aged 18 and older. Using a collaborative, non-judgmental, and empowering approach, Karen believes in working collaboratively with her clients, establishing a safe and supportive environment where they can openly discuss their concerns and develop effective coping mechanisms to navigate challenges in their lives.
